What's Included?
Prenatals
This is where we get cozy in your living room and chat all things birth! At our prenatal visits we will come up with your perfect birth plan, chat about what to expect and how to prepare for your birth. I'll teach you all my doula tips and tricks so that, by the time your baby arrives, you and your partner will feel like pro's!
Virtual Support
You basically get to keep me in your pocket from the moment you hire me until you give birth. This means that we can debrief after doctors appointments, or chat about weird pregnancy symptoms you've been having. Pregnancy comes with all kinds of questions and sometimes it's just nice to know you have someone to talk to!
Resource Library
When you hire me you get access to all of my resources! Questions about a certain birth topic? I guarantee I have a book for you to borrow or at least some online resources for you to read up on! I also love connecting my clients with local support, such as Chiropractors, Massage Therapists, Pelvic Floor Therapists, and Lactation Consultants.
In-Person Birth Support
I am on call for your birth starting at 38 weeks. This means that I won't be leaving the area and I will be sleeping with my phone on loud! Whenever you are in labor, you can call me and I will be there to support you as soon as you feel like you need it. I often help clients labor at home for a while before they head to their hospital/birth center.
Postpartum Support
I will come to your home for a postpartum visit within the first 5-7 days after baby is born. At this visit we will chat about your birth, how you are recovering, and how your family is adjusting to life with a newborn. I will make sure breastfeeding is going well and help answer any questions that you have.
Your Birth Story
Within the first month postpartum you will receive your birth story from me. This includes a written out timeline of your birth and any pictures that I got of your birth, edited and sent to you.
